We offer off-street parking accessible via an alleyway that is north of the home. An entrance ramp and dumbwaiter provides effortless transport of your crafting supplies. No lugging those heavy loads upstairs!
For $150 per person, we offer a three-day and two-night retreat. Check-in is 12:00 with check-out at 4:00. Unlimited coffee, tea, sodas and bottled water are available to you as well as an assortment of snacks. For $50 more, six meals will be ready for you to simply heat and eat at a convenient time for you. Add an additional day for only $50 per person. All applicable taxes are included in our prices.
We have four bedrooms, named after the First Ladies of Oklahoma Territory from 1890 to 1901, during which time Guthrie was the capital. Marietta overlooks the front yard and sleeps three. Jennie, our largest room, sleeps four. Elizabeth, which boasts a beautiful bay window, sleeps three. Delphina, our coziest room, sleeps two.
Each reservation is for an individual guest, but we require at least four total guests, six if meals are requested. Please make your reservation by room. Each group should choose a hostess. This person will be the point of contact for your group with seven10. This will simplify communication and avoid mixed signals. Please know that other groups may be joining the retreat in order to achieve full occupancy in the home. Often, fellow crafters become good friends. You can, of course, reserve the entire home, if you prefer not to share with other groups.
Please pay your deposit of $50 (+$25 for each additional night) at the time of booking. Your balance is due no later than thirty (30) days prior to your arrival. A welcome email including directions to your home away from home and entry instructions will be sent to on the day prior to your arrival. We will never interrupt your retreat, but are always available if any need arises.
We look forward to welcoming you to seven10.
Our mission at seven10 is to provide our guests with a private, relaxing and inspiring atmosphere in which to focus on their creative endeavors with family and friends.
With accommodations for up to twelve guests, we welcome you to make yourself comfortable in this American Foursquare home, built in 1894, which boasts original flooring, woodworking and charm. Each creator will enjoy their own twin bed and abundant, flexible work space with individual lighting, table-height electrical outlets and comfy office chairs. Our home is your home, so when you aren't creating, you have plenty of room to relax, share meals or curl up with a book and a cup of coffee on our wrap-around front porch.
seven10 is an American Foursquare home built in 1894. Oklahoma Territory was in its early years, with Statehood still thirteen years away. The grand homes of this time were magnificent, and seven10 was no exception.
The home is rumored to have been a Methodist parsonage for some time, and was home to a local family for four decades before sisters Kristy Satterlee and Becky Sellers became its new owners in November of 2017.
Renovations to the home in recent years include updates to the kitchen and bathrooms.
Most of the original woodwork, flooring and other details can be found in the home. Renovations to the home overseen by the sisters have focused on retaining the historic beauty and architecture of this great home.
We know that you will appreciate the history and splendor of seven10.
