When you make a reservation with seven10, you are reserving a twin bed in one of our four rooms. If you’re organizing a group retreat at seven10, each individual will need to visit the website or call us to make their own reservation.

We require a minimum of four guests for a weekend stay, with a minimum of six guests for meals to be added to your reservation. Check-in is at Noon on Friday and check-out is at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday for most weekend stays, but the days of your stay may vary.

Our standard weekend crafting retreat stay is three days and two nights for $150 per person. That price includes two nights of lodging at $50 per night plus a $50 fee for use of our crafting space the entire weekend.


  • For an additional $50 per person, six meals will be ready for you to simply heat and eat at a convenient time for your group.  

  • You may add additional days for $50 per person, but please note that meals are not available for additional days.

Unlimited coffee, tea, sodas and bottled water are available, as well as an assortment of snacks.  

All applicable taxes are included in our prices. A deposit of $50 (+$25 for each additional night) will be collected at the time of your booking.

Your balance must be paid no later than thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date. Balances can be paid at any time by visiting our Pay Balance page.
