When you reserve your stay at seven10, we will collect a deposit of $50 for your three-day, two-night stay plus $25 per night if staying longer than two nights. This deposit is nonrefundable. The balance of your reservation amount is due no later than thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date. Failure to pay the balance will result in forfeiture of your deposit and your reservation.
If you must cancel your reservation, you may transfer it to another person without penalty. seven10 reserves the right to fill open reservation spots due to non-payment and forfeiture of reservation.
Your reservation rate includes the following:
$50 per night for lodging*
$50 for workspace (three days)
You may add six meals to your stay for $50 per person.
*sales and hotel/lodging tax is included in the price
Please respect the quiet atmosphere of our neighborhood by refraining from being overly loud or disturbing during your stay.
Parking for seven10 guests is limited to two parallel spaces on Warner Avenue directly in front of the house or in the backyard parking area. Please be advised that parking issues which result in ticketing or towing of a guest's vehicle is strictly the vehicle owner's responsibility.
seven10 is for registered guests only. No exceptions.
No pets are allowed on the premises, including the yard and porch. No exceptions.
No smoking, vaping, or use of tobacco products of any kind are allowed inside the house. You may do so outside, but please dispose of your refuse appropriately.
No open flames (candles) of any kind are allowed at seven10.
Children are not allowed on the premises unless specific arrangements are made in advance with the owners.
No maid service is provided during your stay.
Dumbwaiter usage is strictly limited to craft supplies only. No people are allowed in the dumb waiter at any time.
Guests are asked to remove all trash and roll the trash receptacle to front curb upon departure.
Failure to comply with any of the above policies, or damaging the property in any way, will result in additional charges to registered guests and possible forfeiture of future stays.
Two parallel parking spaces are available directly in front of seven10 on Warner Avenue. Please respect our neighbors and do not park in front of other homes on Warner Avenue or any side streets.
There is a parking area immediately behind seven10 that can park six to eight vehicles depending on size. Creative parking with care will allow up to ten vehicles. This area is accessible from the alley. We suggest that you enter the alley from Walnut Street to access our parking area. Please be sure to not park in or block the alley in any way.
There is a park-n-ride lot available for public use on Noble Avenue (Highway 33) approximately one mile east of seven10. If you have a large group coming with large vehicles, you can choose to unload at seven10 and then move some vehicles to the park-n-ride lot.
We recommend unloading your vehicle from the rear parking area, where there is a ramp to the back door that opens into the kitchen area. Guests may use the dumbwaiter in the kitchen to transport their supplies to the third-floor studio. No people are allowed in the dumbwaiter, and we ask that you carefully read and follow the instructions posted on the dumbwaiter.
